CoMotion 2024

CoMotion is an annual motion graphics symposium founded in 2010 and hosted at the Savannah College of Art and Design. As the longest-running and largest student-led event of its kind, it serves as a professional platform connecting emerging designers with leading studios and industry practitioners.

Through curated portfolio reviews, keynote lectures, and panel discussions, CoMotion facilitates direct dialogue between students and professionals, fostering critical feedback, industry insight, and meaningful networking opportunities. A central component of the event is the Student Showcase, where selected works are presented for formal evaluation and professional recognition.

CoMotion operates as a strategic interface between academia and industry, supporting the professional development of the next generation of motion designers.

Responsibilities

For CoMotion 2024, I contributed to the construction of key styleframes, participating in visual exploration and formal refinement to support the development of a unified visual framework.

I also led the design of the Instagram grid system, integrating core visual elements into a structured social media layout to maintain coherence and brand recognition across digital touchpoints.

Visual Development

Nature is frequently appreciated for its visual qualities, including color, texture, and composition. Yet beyond appearance lies a structured and self-regulating system.

Rather than merely generating form, nature operates through principles of order and organization. From the origin of life to the formation of ecological systems, its development reflects an underlying design logic that is adaptive and interconnected.
